Nee, epileptische aanvallen komen op elke leeftijd voor bij CdLS en kunnen voor het eerst optreden in de puberteit of zelfs daarna. Ze komen niet vaker voor op latere leeftijd, maar wel in de kindertijd. Er is sprake van een algemene incidentie van 15%.
